The service
Sterling Stages provides an AI-assisted speaker studio: rehearsal, recording, delivery coaching and production of speaker assets.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old.
Your content
You own your recordings, scripts and materials. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcribe, analyze and render them solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership of your content.
Credits and purchases
Features are metered in credits. Purchased credits and plans are as described at checkout. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed. Unused credits are forfeited on account closure unless the law requires otherwise.
AI outputs
Coaching, scores and drafts are AI-generated guidance, provided as-is. They are informational, not professional advice, and may contain errors. You are responsible for anything you approve, submit or publish.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content. No infringing the rights of others. No recording individuals without any consent required by law. No attempts to break or probe the service.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as available" and we may modify features. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties. Our liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
