Privacy Policy

Account information (your name and email address). Recordings you create — video and audio of you — along with their transcripts and the delivery metrics computed from them. Scripts and documents you write. Usage and credit activity. Technical logs.

To provide the service: transcribing, analyzing and coaching your delivery; producing your deliverables; maintaining your Speaker Performance Memory so coaching improves over time; operating your account and credits.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your recordings to train third-party AI models.

Recordings are processed by AI systems to produce transcripts, delivery metrics and coaching. Sterling is an AI assistant; it drafts and analyzes, but never publishes or sends anything without your action.

Cloud hosting and storage (Supabase), transcription (AssemblyAI), video rendering (Shotstack), content delivery (Bunny.net, Cloudflare), AI analysis (large language model providers via our gateway), voice interface (Vapi) and payments (Stripe). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Recordings live in private storage, accessible only through short-lived signed links. Access is restricted by row-level security to your account.

Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Email hello@speakerrealm.com to request deletion of your account and recordings.

You may access, correct, delete and port your data. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete — contact us to exercise them. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The service is not intended for users under 18.
